A 49-year-old male presented in the ER with a severe headache and a stiff neck. A spinal puncture was performed and the fluid obtained was cloudy. The WBC count was 854/ mm3. On the Cytospin slide, the majority of the cells seen were lymphocytes and several plasmacytes. What is the diagnosis?
