Frog: Ribs are absent in frogs. Modern amphibians have very small ribs but they are fused to the vertebrae. Since frogs do not have ribs answer for all the 3 questions is no.
Salamander: Salamander has ribs on all the trunk vertebrae but it does not have a sternum and hence no sternal ribs. Some species of salamander have poking poisonous ribs for self defence.
Snake: Snakes also have ribs on the trunck vertebrae but they do not have a sternum hence no sternal ribs.
Lizards: Lizards also just like the above mentioned reptiles have ribs on trunk vertebrae but no sternal ribs. Legless lizards do not even have a sternum.
Mammals: Mammals have approximately 9-24 ribs. Ribs are present only on the thoracic vertebrae and not on all the trunk vertebrae
