1. It is really important to read your emails before sending it because sometimes relying fully on the spell checkers is not a good option. Your email correspondence as a reflection of you. When your emails are sloppy and rushed the recipient thinks that you are very careless in your work. The recipients will think that if your email is filled with the errors then how will you conduct the business. It is really a matter of concern to read your emails before hitting the send button.
Let’s say if your emails are in good formatting, friendly, in tone, professional, written clearly, then you will carry a sense of competence that will make their interest in their dealings with you. Just relying on the spellcheckers might affect the reputation of the person who sends the email so it can considerably harm the reputation by dashing off a response in hast without fully reading the message. So it is said giving some time to read the message is very important.

Teleconferencing
The idea of using technology for holding the conference among the employees located in a different part of the world. With the help of teleconferencing, it had made it easy for the corporations to handle the business sitting from one part of the world to the other with the help of communication technology. Even the cost and expense of the face to face meeting is saved with the help of teleconferencing. It is widely used in corporations because it is one of the most effective ways of communication and it is also used for group decision making and problem-solving. Teleconferencing change the way of meeting because it helped the people to connect to the managers with the employees even in any of the situation even if the employee is not at work.
Electronic mail is one of the forms of the interpersonal communication that made possible with the help of the computer networks and it is said to be one of the fastest, cheapest, reliable sources of communication between the corporations. The earlier email was used by the people who are computer literate but now even the students studying in college are aware of email and it has become a vital part of our life for communication. The corporate needed to announce something in public or private this medium is the best medium for the corporate because they can spread their message easily. So the corporate rely on email communication fully.
Virtualization
Virtualization means that the development of the capabilities that can make it possible for people to function from a distance with the resources or we can say to interact with the simulated environments and representation of objects much as with the real things. Telecommuting, virtual reality of artificial reality, and computer supported cooperative work are some of the capabilities of these such ideas and phenomena.
