They say that your first day of internship is essentially like your first day of school: part two. I see it as a 180 hour job interview, but what exactly is internship? Using your own words, explain the following discussion topics.
1. What is internship?
2. What is the value or benefits of internship?
3. What can you do today to start preparing for internship?
1. INTERNSHIP
The very first day you are out of college , all your capabilities are to be tested on a platform . What all information you gathered is tested in internships
Not only about your capabilities , internship is a phase where you learn a lot of things , you make mistake , correct it under the guidance of your mentor / senior and finally excellent in that field. But also, internship is not a 1or 2 year phase duration , since we learn every day , so every day can be counted as internship.
So internship in short is - learning platform , show capabilities, gather information, correct mistakes and makes you better in that field .
2. VALUES AND BENEFITS -
Internship is a phase as I already stated above , is what where we learn . So internship has a big weightage for the leaning process in the field which we have chosen.
Benefits-
3. Things to be done to start preparing for your internship is to be build concepts.
Since in internship you are to imply your knowledge in practice and for practical purpose . So for that you should be thorough in your concept so that you can easily apply it for the practical work .
Also should have good communication skills to interact with your fellow mates and colleagues . So should have good communication skills which you can built upon subsequently and can start it now.
