The asylums seekers and refugees are terms used to define the group of people searching for protection or shelter.But both term are different. Asylum seekers are those who are searching internationally for their protection and they remained in the status of asylum seekers not recognized as refugees. Refugees are those who are considered as refugees not recognized as status of asylum seekers.

Asylum seekers are those who search for protection to other country from exploitation and assaults they face at own country. These related incidents are common although world, people are suffering from huge human rights violation on the basis of religion, cast, creed. Some county unite on the basis of religion and the expell non-religious people.

But on otherhand poverty, calamity, communal riots are suffocating minority, they are declined of human rights and other basic needs. Economic, political, all other factors lose its domain in the active phase of community play. Many of the minority classes go for protection in other country.

Both this asylumseekers, and refugees are comes under this shelter seekers. But government policies and other rules defines the needs and importance of real victms and they act according to the genuine reason. In this category of people, some of them are unwilling to return to their country due to the fear of persecution and other right decline.This unwillingness of peoples remains and live as refugees in other country but they are not considered as asylums seekers.

Globally , the number of asylums seekers and refugees are increasing day by day.various problems are found behind of this conditions. Rules and policies always favours genuine reasons, but somehow this refugees will becomes a big problems in shelter giving country.
