1) the concerns are pt safety and ensuring the basics when pt is in collapse stage like ABCD. Which must check the airways remove all the secretions and ensure the breathing is normal, while pt is in seizures the neurological damage can b possible by means of injury so we must assess for any injury , we must provide left lateral position to pt while in collapse stage to prevent airway bloack
2) home medications for the pt might be anti epileptic drugs or drugs for diabetes { hypoglycemia can cause the seizure like activities} because the boy may be suffered from the epileptic disease or juvenile diabetes.
3) the hospital would prescribe the iv anti epileptic drugs or iv glucose to control the sizure like activity along with the iv multi vitamins because iv drugs have best results and multi vitamins corrects any deficiency that can pose to other problems
4) During discharge the health care worker may prescribe the oral anti epileptic drugs or drugs for diabetes and teach the pt to have frequent snakes to avoid hypoglycemia
