Stock markets were on high optimism that the number of new virus cases are leveling and reopening of the economy is on the horizon. An early opening could result only in a renewed outbreak and that could be setback , leading to a fresh market sell of an another economic recession. However a too slow return of economy also threatens deeper economic damages and utter business setbacks.
