The Canadian company that I have selected is Anogen-Yes Biotech Laboratories Ltd. The company was founded in 1989. The Yes Biotech Laboratories Ltd. is located in Mississauga, Canada. The organization is a renowned supplier of high quality antibody-based products. Yes biotech is a research based company that has successfully developed many proprietary diagnostic and therapeutic products. Anogen-Yes Biotech Laboratories Ltd. is one of the prominent suppliers of ELISA kits, several lab reagents and antibodies to major pharmaceutical companies, laboratories, government research institutions and hospitals throughout the world.

Anogen-Yes Biotech Laboratories Ltd. exports its products to several markets including Australia, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, India, Israel, Japan, Korea, Norway, Russia, USA and many others.

I have identified that company does not export to United Arab Emirates (UAE). And it will be a new market for Yes Biotech to export its products. I would recommend some adaptations that must be made to Yes Biotech Laboratories in order to export their product into a new market of UAE. These are as follows:

· Pharmaceutical companies, laboratories, government research institutions and hospitals that operate in all seven emirates of UAE are bound to follow government imposed regulations on import procedures. Therefore it is recommended that in order to export their products to UAE, Anogen-Yes Biotech Laboratories Ltd. Need to complete the certification process. This will include export certificates, specific attestations, and government certificate for legal entry in UAE market.

· There are specific labelling requirements in UAE that an exporter needs to fulfil before they export their products to UAE. Yes Biotech must adapt to label their products as per UAE’s general requirement and labelling regulations that are manufactured for UAE market.

· Although the products of Yes Biotech are of high quality and the company is ISO certified, UAE has their own procedures to ensure that any import that they make are as per the quality standards that is decided by their government. Therefore, Yes Biotech must ensure that their products meet the desired UAE quality standards.
