If there is too much talent in the team it can have both positive impacts and negative impacts too

Positive ways:

1. If there is too much talent it will eventually help in solving a problem in faster and highly better way.

2. The much talent is because either all the members are interested to excel in their career or there is high level of knowledge sharing within the team

3. Team can able to solve any complex problems

Negative impact:

1. The additional intelligence can be used for other projects rather than concentrate on single project

2. Too much talent n the project might lead to chaos as there wil arise more differences of opinions.

3. Very highly unlikely to satisfy all the talent in the group
