The health care industry follow framework for health care quality which has six goals that are,timeliness ,effectiveness ,safety, patient centerdness, efficiency and equity.the society can affect the level of impairment experienced by a person with disability is happend underuse of services that causes several enviornmenta and political factors include physical access,lack of adequate health insurance,clinical attitudes,physical access,competence in caring of disabled people.the impairment in physical mobility is the disability that include the people with varying type of physical disabilities,the physical disability the person affected may be either heart disease,amputation,muscular dystrophy,result of injury, congenital diseases, disease condiitions like polio,multiple sclerosis ,pulmonary diseases, or other reasons,some people may affect non visible disabilities that may include epilepsy,respiratory diseases and other conditions, the physical disability is an limitation of independent and purposeful physycal movement of the body or of more limbs,the mobility imparement or disability affects people in several ways,it affects the normal living of the individual and the productivity of the society,
