The test statistic of z = -1.98 is obtained when testing the claim that p < 0.64. A) Using a significance level of alpha = 0.05, find the critical value(s). b. Should we reject Upper H 0 or should we fail to reject Upper H 0?
Please answer A and B note For part A

Solution :
The null and alternative hypothesis is ,
H0 : p = 0.64
Ha : p < 0.64
Test statistic = z = -1.98
This is the left tailed test,
a) P(z < z ) = 0.05
= P(z < -1.65) = 0.05
z * critical value = -1.65
b) Fail to reject Ho because test statistic less than critical value.
