Answer 1: A complete database contains all the medical history as well as the health conditions of the patient. It provides information about the past as well as the present health status of the patient. For example, the complete information or the database is collected in the primary setting.
The episodic database is collected for the short term, where it can be focused on the mini database. It is used for limited time period for a particular problem. For example, monitoring of the short term results of chronic disease.
Follow up database is mainly focused on the evaluation of problems at the regular as well as at certain intervals . For example, in the case of the diabetes, routine check up.
An emergency database includes the rapid and instant evaluation and collection of the data after the major procedure is performed. For example, Any procedure performed to save life.
The evidence informed practice provides a platform to design a better programs to elevate the health promotion. It enables to use information about the things that could be resulted in positive outcome. It includes the use of the evidence to analyse and determine the benefits, harm as well as the expenses that could occur during the health promotion inventions.
