patient experience is experience of an individual who got admitted in hospital or care homes and  have interactions with the health care providers and receives care from doctors, staff,and others.

researcher or health care provider ould go to hospital, community services, old age home, adult care center and care services. Hopsital setting and care home are  the best setting used for assessing or measuring patient experience.

Mostly decriptive aspect of tool have been adopted for measuring patient experience. the tools or device that used for measuring of patient experience are survey which consistes of many questions, daily visiting, ward rounds, patient stories, interview either direct or telephone, feed back forms, compliant form.one best assessment tool is that consumer assessment health care providers and systems. the tool has been used in preadmission, during hopsitalization, at the end of discharge to assess level care received by patient and their experience. quatoive aspect of tool can be used to assess patient experience for example, pain scale .

Ward round and daily visiting have been used by health care providers to assess patient experinece day to day in order to give better care immediately. Telephone interiew, direct interview, survey with question have been used for research purpose (long term goal). an organization give a feed back form or consumer form, complaint form to get improve services of the organization. we would use device or measures according to purposes of need.
