united nations is one of the developed countries, where health conscious and cost are  higher than any countries.

Organization

The health care services are not organized one in United Nations where hospitals can open and closes according to the wishes, community resources. Some state have been involved constructing nursing, however, the central have not taken part in planning. The central and state government has prepared for some programs through primary care services    for locals mainly in remote areas. Majority hospitals are providing services to public, mainly private sector. Remaining services are provided by the public sector. Some of the profit and nonprofit hospital. Some Physician are working in public sector, are providing services for fee for service. Some run own clinic and some physican works in the private sector in order to provide care to the public

Insurance

The health service are given to public in the insurance form where many in patient services and physician services are covered the insurance for healthcare are provided by Medicaid and Medicare. The Medicare is aimed for lower socioeconomic status. The Medicaid is aimed for elderly people, pregnant women, visual impairment people, and parent of dependent child. Medicare is also providing services in the cases of acute care.

System approach (process)

Spending:

The spending for health care services are mostly by private sector where as public sector spends for health care services through the Medicare and Medicaid

Hospitals: community centre, acute care specialty hospitals, federal hospital are running in the United Nations. Central level hospital for army people, veterans, Native Americans. Here hospital stay is becoming lower and hospital related becomes lower. Hospital in order to attract patient to hospital, hospital have to buy equipment needed for the physicians in order to provide care to the patient. The n only the physician can admit the patient to hospitals to provide care

Physician:

The primary care physicians are lower in United Nations and remaining people are specialist. The physicians can serve public only when hospitals procure equipment. Most physicians along with other procure some advanced technology to provide facilitated care

Coordinated care: The cares are provided by health maintenance organization, point of service, free of service, preferred provider organization. Health mainatainenece organization is traditional methods of care where individuals are engaged to receive comprehensive health care services.

Preferred providers organizations where providers, hospitals and others are engaged to provide services to people at discounted prices.

Point of service in which involvement both health maintenance and preferred provider organization are combined together to provide care at reduced cost and people receive care in a preferred method.

most of people seeking treatment in the hospitals based on insurence approach. even if the patrient got admitted in the acute care setting that include home care in order to reduce cost of health. where as some people receives care for long term illness in the home setting. people receives care unequally.helath care services are not reachable to everyone in the united nations. people approach hospital in emergency period.

Even though people of United Nations are seeking health centre for high quality care, spending in the health care are higher than any countries. The financial expenditure is managed by public sector and private sector. Many people took health care insurance in order to cover health care cost. Unfortunately some may not have health care insurance for this reason they may receive care. Governments are providing healthcare insurance for lower socioeconomic status and for elderly people. Remaining health care insurance is covered by employers who provide health care insurance for their employees. Fund for health care is received from wealthy people who may or may not have insurance. Fine imposed on people who never had healthcare insurance.

Even though united nations trying to providing care to people. Health care spending is higher than any other countries. Because of social problems in the United Nations that causes increased spending. Old age people are receiving care for their long term illness. Minority people get affected n the case of health service. White people live longer than black people in the United Nations. The new drugs has been developed for the AIDS costs higher and increased life expectancy of the people. people are died of acidents, obesity related disease, adolscents preganancy.
