Americans spend millions of dollars each year on dietary supplements.It include vitamins , minerals,sport drinks, protein drinks, herbs, various teas and many more are marketed ,sold and consume by Americans in form of tables ,pills , liquids , capsules etc.people consume it to avoid vitamin and mineral deficiency ,to prevent helath related issues and also use by adults in order to slow the ageing process.In short to improve​ and maintain health and to avoid any deficiencies they took dietary supplements.Research have also found that people using dietary supplements are are more healthier and live longer but also many survey have done and had evidence that many supplements sold where of no use with only placebo effect and some harmful for health also .But in order to keep themselves fit Americans spend much on dietary supplements.we can get proper amount of vitamins and minerals from proper diet, fruits , vegetables and also with proper diet we can avoid health problems and deficiencies also but Americans are obsessed with dietary supplements to compliment their health.
