Mr. Hussein is the Marketing Manager of Synergy Trading LLC. He is responsible to coordinate and communicate with Sales, Advertising, Production, Packaging and Logistics teams to meet customers’ orders as well to maximize sales. Also, he needs to plan, communicate and monitor the work of the above-mentioned teams for achieving the company’ marketing goals and objectives. Mr. Hussein always communicates with Production and Sales teams. But he did not communicate the company’s new products or services to the Advertisement team. This resulted in ineffective advertising and the sales targets are not achieved. Mr.
Hussein realized that communication makes a successful team and took responsibility for the team’s failure.

(i) Yes Mr. Hussein needs to be an effective communicator for achieving team goals as an effective communication is the the key for achieving goals . Following are some of the reasons:

1)Communication is also a tool that helps us achieve certain goals. and is therefore important to allow ideas and information to flow clearly and quickly among team members.

2)In team work it is mostly seen that Manager and leaders often communicate to engage and motivate their employees to remain focused toward given objectives.

(ii) The measures about how Mr. Hussein can make his communication process more effective are stated below:

1)Conducting of regular surveys of the employees and customers can help in determining if communication is effective or not

2)Post information online in blog format to better communicate with employees (intraoffice) and customers (public information).

3)Employeescan be asked to repeat verbal instructions back to see if they fully understand. This will also encourage employees to ask questions to clarify points of confusion.

(iii) Three solution to solve the problems of Synergy Trading LLC are discussed below:

1)Target the right content to the right employees, and segment based on engagement.

2)Examine what time of day users access your content, plus which platform they use.

3)Drive audience adoption an keep an eye on "user dormancy"
