3.Salesperson should always try to take the feedback of customer about their likes and dislikes this will help them to provide better service and products in upcoming days.

4.Salesperson should provide offer and discounts in order to attract the customer, if the customer gives reasons for not buying.

5.Higher price products are difficult to purchase for some customer. Hence sales person can give them EMI facility in order to buy the products.
