The five steps of a project management are -

  • Initiation-Provide an overview of the project .There is an appointment of a project manager who choses team members according to his skllls and experience.Examples are Leaders like Bill gates .
  • Plannning- Includes an Detailed breakdown of a plan and assignment pf tasks from the end to the beginning of the plan.It also involves risk assesemen to know the probability of success . Examples- Stake holders.
  • Excecuting - It is the main work being done . It starts after the making of the plan and is completed after the goal is reached. Example- Manufacturing of a particular project.
  • Control - It is controlling of the ongoing work, to see if the work is going towards the desired goal or not . Example- Supervisors.
  • Closure- It is the last step of the Project managment .It involves tweaking of the product by the leader to see if its made according to the rules and stands up to the mark.A written format is created which contains project review report.Examples - various demos of the product.
