The owner at Sunny Golf Course doesn’t understand why cash sales on beer has dropped and deceased members are being charged for food and services. He hires you to be the waitress on the golf course. You are excited about it because you get to drive on a golf cart. You find out that the co-workers are only accepting cash from golf members and purposely charging deceased members.
What do you do? You really want to fit in and don’t want to tell on your co-workers.

Each organization has a Code of Ethics that outline its strategic qualities. It gives rules on how laborers and the board are relied upon to move toward their issues, regardless of whether they represent a moral issue. The Code of Ethics gives a lot of least necessities for conduct and behavioral expectations.
In the moment case, there was an extortion or fraud being executed at the work place. As a laborer, the server or waitress has an obligation to report any case of misrepresentation occurring at the work place, uncommonly when the proprietor has explicitly recruited her for the reason.
Having found the misrepresentation/fraud, the waitress is duty bound to report the issue to the Owner right away. Not doing so would be unethical, and would be equivalent to carelessness, and in outrageous cases, being held as an accessory to the wrongdoing.Loyalty to unethical co-workers makes carelessness or wanton lack of concern likewise unethical.
