Proper training, as well as feedback from the employees, must be taken to assess the effectiveness of implementation. Check whether the nurses get more time in taking care of the patients. Through the HIS the nurses can evaluate the patient's progress, can compare the results, and even they can send the report to doctors at a much faster rate.
