The difference between the information required to report the administration of an immunization is associated with what percentage of people, childrens are vaccinised yearly in a state. Mainly the basic immunization such as BCG, Hepatitis B virus , tetanus , etc.

And reporting a person with a communicable disease is specific information that needed to communicated with a patient by maintaining the confidentiality of the patient reports. For eg. If a person is affected with HIV disease so he or she needs to be communicated these information in private and he or she should understand that this virus can affect other individual through sexual intercourse.
