1)Overcoming Language Barrier:

Using jargon or esoteric vocabulary only creates the opportunity for miscommunication and makes people feel bad that they can’t understand what you’re saying.Hence , develop a habit of speaking in simple language , avoiding technical terms .

* Get help from a reliable translator .:- Find a qualified translator to communicate with your patient,as sometimes, some words have different usages in different cultures.

* Talk in slow pace but make sure its clear and loud.

*Avoid interacting with the patient in odd times . (for instance, a health education immediately after lunch or during night can make the patient sleep during the class).

3)unclear instructions:

*Avoid using techical words.
*Give clear and concise insturctions.
*Speaker has to be loud and clear .

iv) Forgetfulness:

*Reinforce the patient with clear instructions .
