Patient and family satisfaction is very important to identify the high quality of care.
2. Hand hygiene is very much important in health care setting to avoid the spreading of infection. Mrs Susan Jones discharged from the hospital after 6 days without any infection. Practicing regular hand hygiene is very important in rendering high quality of nursing care. By the given scenario we understood that the nurses practiced regular hand hygiene. So that she discharged without any complication. Only patient get satisfied , when they receive a good treatment and caring health care personnel. All the health care personnel and nurses rendered a high quality of care and showed a caring environment. Mrs Susan Jones health status is improved and she had a good prognosis. This results in patient satisfaction and good patient outcomes.
