Nusing as a career option

Heath care system has evolved over a period of time , with new advancement and introduction of newer technology in medical and nursing field the work space becomes very friendly . The nursing monitor patients 24/7 with help of new technology . With advancement in this field the challenge for nurses also increased significantly . New disease , new epidemic , new diagnosis , everything become more challenging now . Nowadays people are aware of their health and they want to be better treated by any doctor or nurses so that burden has also included on doctor / Nurses shoulder .

The main reason for choosing Nursing as a career option is that you face different challenges every time . If a person is compitative , like challenges , want to serve society , and want to make new changes in society , the nursing job is only option for him / her . This field provide all the opportunity which a challenging person wants . Along with all these qualities ,this field also provide satisfaction , peace and blessings along with all the love from patients and families.

Sometimes in remote areas or village area , there is no nursing home or hospital so that , those people have to travel miles to reach to town hospital for treatment . Due to delay in providing treatment , some time the patient die before reaching to the hospital . Thus it is important to have nursing home or hospital in those remote areas of country . For that we need more nurses and doctors , and that requirements are fullfil when our younger generation shows interest in medical field . When more people choose to become nurse ,than more people get treatment in very small amount of time .

Average salary in this field depends upon experience ,the more experience you have ,the more you get paid for your job . And experience come from serving people and treating more and more patients . Learning in your nursing college time will also help you in getting good salary
