Expert Solution

Obama announced affordable insurance benefits which exist in a preexisting medical condition. Obama's health care focus on middle class and expands the coverage to all Americans without raising taxes and without denying the quality of health care. Obama believes that this health care reform meets the necessary requirements in quality, cost, coverage, insurance company requirements. He takes over the responsibility of fulfilling the demands and pass of legislation. He reassured the public about the improvement in the new healthcare reform. He safeguards the middle class from the taxes of whom household income is not more than $1 million. Moreover, he was more specific in the passage of the bill.

Obama knows the difficulties of the single-payer system through his mother experience. So he found the idea of Universal health insurance. initially, people don't want to change their coverage. But the rise of health care cost and availability of insurance for everyone under Obama's care with affordable coverage even for the preexisting condition makes the middle class to accept the change. The marketplace is also designed in a way where everybody can afford insurance. It also increases the number of insured people. He made awareness on the people about new healthcare through ads and emails. He also wrote his own book on health care. These are all things made the middle class to accept and change into new healthcare reform. It offers health insurance through discounts on tax credits.
