Turn over the middle two pieces of paper and imagine that because of declining health you are no longer able to do these activities. What is your immediate response to having these two activities removed from your life? What do you feel? What do you think?
As per the current situation health is decline and so many activities are restricted to do as compared to earlier, the best example is covid-19
The covid-19 pandemic is an unprecedented time all across the world.
We all are compel to follow the extra precautions or taking care of yourself, not for yourself but for your loved ones. As it is highly needed the two changes are:
1. Wear masks when interacting with other people to minimise the risks of transmitting the virus:- wearing marks in most important when physical distancing is difficult and when exercise type and intensity allows. Consider doing any vigorous- intensity exercise outside when possible. Masks are strongly encouraged in settings where individuals might raise their voice, such as shouting, chanting aur singing.
2. Minimise gestures that promote close contact for example, don't shake hands, do elbow bumps or give hugs. Instead wave and verbally greet them.
Feeling is like:
At very first time, Public Health actions such as social distancing, Had made feel isolated and lonely and increase the stress and anxiety,which normal. Also feel overwhelming at times,racing thoughts and disrupted plan due to travel restrictions However, these actions are necessary to reduce the spread of covid-19.
And now,Thought:
As it is necessary for preventing ourself to spread of virus, feeling of fear and anxiety during this time is very normal but now we are ready, our country is ready to take a step as daily routine activities along with this virus by taking extra precautions and follow the actions that had made to follow, for example:
- protecting yourself and your loved ones from coronavirus in a very simple ways
Clean your hands often,
cough or sneeze in your bent elbow- on your hands,
avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth
Limits social gathering and time expand in crowded places
Avoid close contact with anyone who is sick
Clean and disinfect frequently touch object and surface surfaces.
