Expert Solution

Option

is controversial, even among economists

===

Degree of wage stickiness means the wage keep as it is even if there is a change in price level for a given time but the time frame is controversial among economists as well because the wage sickness depends on many factors as the economy is developed and most of the sectors are organized then it may be higher but if the country is underdeveloped then sectors are unorganized and there may not be many contracts and laws to rule all the sectors so the change in the price may affect wages early but the data, in this case, shows different trend so it is controversial even among economists.

Explain how the classical economist reached the conclusion that the labor market self corrects, and, therefore, involuntary unemployment must be a consequence of rigidities with respect to nominal price (changes in the price goods) shocks or real wage rigidities.
