FAILURE TO PROVIDE SERVICES :

  • As business depends on the other companies for some goods or needs, that included such services like maintenance on infrastructure, transportation client such as drivers , and much more . so as per that there is a contract with a company for ten years as which is supposed to send in employees to do some basic tasks like taking out the trash and cleaning some common areas , but the company fails to send to anyone for the last two weeks.
  • As it is also possible that there is also a personal work or also business with another party to perform services for you, but the company have to take all the contracts and render the services at any cost.In this case, you don't have anyone who can spare time to do some particular task , besides this which you have already paid another company to perform those functions.
