QUESTION : Why do you think he responded this way?

ANSWER : MAY BE MY COLLEAGUE WHAT HE SAYS  WAS RIGHT . HE MAY BE HE CAME TO THE HOSPITAL FOR THE PURPOSE OF VISITING HIS COLLEAGUE WHO IS HOSPITALIZED AND MAY BE HIS COLLEAGUE NEED AN ATTENTION AND CARE OF A PSYCHIATRIST.SO MY COLLEAGUE MAY BE WAITING TO SEE THE PSYCHIATRIST IN PSYCH EMERGENCY ROOM FOR KNOW ABOUT HIS COLLEAGUE MENTAL AND HEALTH STATUS. [OR ] MAY BE MY COLLEAGUE LIED TO ME.HE MAY BE WAITING TO BE SEEN IN THE PSYCH EMERGENCY ROOM FOR HIS MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEM AND HE MAY FEEL SHAME,GUILTY, AND SAD TO MY SELF RECOGONISING HIS MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEM ..

What is your perspective on this issue?

IF MY COLLEAGUE IS MENTALLY UNSTABLE,

MY PERSPECTIVE IS TO HELP AND TRY TO UNDERSTAND MY COLLEAUGE SITUATION OR CONDITION

.I ASK HIM WHAT HELP HE NEED.

I REASSURE AND SIGNPOST TO PRACTICAL INFORMATION .

I AVOID CONFRONTATION WITH MY COLLEAGUE .

I LISTEN WITHOUT MAKING JUDGEMENT AND CONCENTRATE ON MY COLLEAGUE NEEDS IN THAT MOMENT.

MY COLLEAGUE IS ALONE ,THEN I INFORM COLLEAGUE FAMILY MEMBERS.

If my colleague he or she has no mental health problem ,their is no issues.
