  1. Due to the change in the political climate between the coal strikes of 1920 and 1900 Mckinley was assassinated. Theodore Roosevelt stepped into the matter and believed in both labor and capital responsibilities to the public. The congress recognized a Bureau of Labour which had been a forerunner of the Department of Labor, in 1886 Cleveland asked the Congress for engrafting on the Bureau of Labor for preventing the major strikes.
  2. The Court packing plan of Roosevelt became a bill in November 1936. After Roosevelts winning a reelection, he proposed for the recognition of the federal judiciary with the addition of new justice each time after a j7stice reaching the age of 70 and failing to retire. He created a new dela which was a series of programmes, financial reforms, projects and regulations which enacted President Franklin D. Roosevelt in the USA. It very well responded to the needs of relief and recovery from the Great Depression.
  3. Due to recognition of his plan as a new bill naming Roosevelt's Court packing plan in 1936, Roosevelt got the commission without working out the actual plan.
