The main forces, factors and institutes which makes the business environment and furnishes the same influences and changing happening around are the competitors, customers, suppliers, government, technology, culture, social environment and legal factors. All of these components are architectured and designed in such a manner where they are inter related and exclusive together, making an impact on your business. For example, customers and their demand, preferences, income level would decide how much they could buy and have the capacity to purchase. This would impact both the organisation and the suppliers as determining the demand would make them supply the same good accordingly.
