The Need & Rationale of Satellite control system(SCS) are as follows:

1) This is used for Communication, Navigation purpose, Earth observation, prodcasting, etc. For all of this we required ground control system placed in orbit to track them.

2) All of the above things allow us to develop our product, enhance technology and add value to the system.

3)This will be used in weather forecasting, Boardcasting. System enabling tracking and control to get out the performance and ensure integrity, data and service continuty.

Its key function via its generic block schematic:

1) It will provide a source to earth station for tracking.

2) It will support the determination of orbital parameters through controls.

3) It will collect all data from satellite and send to the user by using the sensor also.

4) It will monitor the performance of all satellite systems and transmit and monitored data to the satellite control system.
