The human services include the work of volunteers and persons involved in the care of people in old age with senility and diseases,children with new born diseases, and rehabilitation of drug addicts in the counseling centres.People in employment in companies and government services can avail health insurance services for their children as well as for themselves but the concern is the investment and insurance of money only for the person employed in the company and not for one's wife, children and relatives.The other hindrances include the utilization of money only for the development of the concerned person without including the perspectives of friends,children and family members including parents.The other prospects includes the lack of care and support by children for their old age parents with lack of monetary support by them leading various diseases in old people for example alzheimers disease, parkinson disease, and depressive disorders and accomodation of these people is difficult in rehabilitation centres.The lack of infrastructure with proper hygiene in rehabilitation centres for old people and children with new born diseases.Further the absence of recreational facilities for children and senile people in rehabilitation centres.There should be decrease in the taxes and other funds levied on these social welfare and non-governmental organizations with funding of these organizations for the welfare of old people in society.The organizations should be registered under Charity organizations with the sole aim of working and dedication for the care of old people, war veteran people and handicapped people in society.Various mental and brain strengthning games should be provided in rehabilitation units with development of mental skills,brain exercises,concentration development and motivation of the old people in society.
