Quality and safety education to nurse's project was undertaken to improve the skills knowledge and attitude of nurses towards healthcare system and profession.
Undergoing through this programme nurses were trained with quality attributes of the actual nursing experiences and trained to identify potential risks associated to the day to day cases then to develop the problem solving attitude towards arising problems this will result in improved quality and safety of system.
We should apply all the concepts of QSEN in our professional practise.
Various skill developed during traning and assignments have helped us to improve problem solving attitude and acquire critical thinking skill along with decision taking ability in emergency cases. This programme also helped us a lot for collaborative teamwork building to achieve patient centric care service rather than to focas on other non important issues. All the sessions were informative and up to the mark which have updated lots of knowledge and techniques to follow during patient care safety.
