business disputes is defined as a type of this agreement arise in
between two business upon the agreement terms which are signed by
both the parties.
1) partnership disputes. In partnership business at times
disagreements arise among the partner regarding profit
sharing.
2) employment disputes.
Disputes regarding unlawful termination or discrimination hostile
environment of work issues about wage pay with issues regarding
overtime compensation on overtime and many more.
3) shareholders dispute.
shareholders have a belief that corporate decisions usually have a
negative impact on the profitability of the company and mis
management of the company.

this dispute arise when customers feel to pay for money for the
goods and services are the suppliers fail to give their payment for
the goods delivered. also if any licensed business fail to cover up
to the terms of the agreement then there arise breach of contract
disputes. This type of disputes are complex.
5) customer disputes.
customer has disputes over the products which are defective of
false claims then fraud or other different types of activities
which are prohibited.
6) disagreement among business to business. This type of dispute
arise when any business activities are perceived to be false or
unethical or even deceptive in a free market.
