Health care administrator role is demanding and crucial as it faces challenges in health care transformation.

Compete for healthcare professionals- As the professionals increase in numbers and the demand for them also increases and the administrator has to recruit qualified personnels as well as their demands should be properly met.

Growth for specialization- Benchmarks should be standardised and kept high to compete with the other organizations

Competing for patients- medical facilities, instruments to be updated and make all under one roof

Improving care and technology- quality care and advances in technology
