Ans:

Value engineering is nothing but the increasing the value and functionality of new or existing item and reducing it cost. In our case - warehouse

If the construction of the ware house is made with steel plates or concrete. So, to increase the value and functionality of ware house it is better to use quality wood to minimize cost compared to Steel or Concrete. It is also gives pleasant atmosphere and cool compared to plates.

If compared to Steel plates concrete is better in construction in terms of value engineering.

GenerallybWarehouse is used for manufacturing, Business, Storing purpose, Shipping purpose, Unloading and loading of items, etc.

For an instance If the a warehouse is constructed for the purpose of storing only and other warehouse is constructed for shipping. To make the warehouse valuable and functionality one big warehouse is better construct and It can be used to multy usage like Storing, business market, Shipping, etc.
