Students who take on-line courses tend to find that there are both benefits (positives) and drawbacks (negatives) from this type of course. What do you think the positives and negatives will be?

On line courses are a trend now a days.There are both positives and negatives of such courses .The advantages are its cheaper. The users can connect a device to the internet and learn.The student need not physically go to the institution to study and so transportation cost is not incurred.Again it involves less time . The teacher and the student need not commute and the teacher can prepare the lesson once and share among the different groups of students.It also means the students can learn at their own pace.Students can take classes anytime and anywhere.It is a modern way of learning.The traditional way of learning is got rid off.

However the one drawback is less self discipline. If the teacher cannot monitor the discipline of the student in class the student might lose self discipline.It might lead to plagiarism because the student may copy from the internet.Cheating is also possible during online exam.The student is isolated because he is not in touch with other learners.
