The summary talks about proposing a conceptual model for effective decision-making through BDA implementation assessment and the development of the conceptual model in assessing the BDA implementation was carried out based on multiple steps then the study listed 4 factors and 15 elements that are to be considered in developing the assessment model and after that the conceptual model for BDAIA(big data analytics implementation assessment) related with the factors and elements.BDA capabilities, tangible resources, intangible resources together affect BDA implementation. Technology elements in both BDA capability and tangible resources, and talent and human elements were the two most frequent elements in BDA implementation. The big data analytics implementation assessment is conceptualized by the organization, people and technology. The effect of Big data analytics implementation assessment influences decision-making effectiveness, as well as the collaborative knowledge worker and executing data analytics factors. A conceptual model was found the most useful for assessing big data analytics implementation.
