B. Sales promotions are another form of promotional tools which are covering those marketing activity to visit other than advertising and publicity and personal selling that stimulate consumer purchasing and dealer effectiveness.

C. personal selling will be including face to face personal communication and it will also involve presentation with the potential and actual consumer for the purpose of selling the product

D. publicity is also a mass way of communication and it is not a paid form of mass communication that involved in getting favourable response of by placing commercially significant news in the mass media
