2.The purpose of this article is to test opportunity that, If we can use technology to help us feel less alone. Here the writter  highlight the word 'feel us less alone'to find out the solution to avoid lonliness

3.According to paragraph 11 and 12 it is clearly mention that the companies are highly benifitted during this period of social distancing. This is because due to loneliness,the public increased their demand for their service to test its effectiveness.
