Answer-
According to me I answered my ways to satisfied or to motivate my employees.
1-Provide supportive leadership:
Leadership is one of the key factors in worker motivation. Supportive leaders work intimately with employees - trust and a sympathetic ear are amazing motivating forces for keeping veterans engaged and growing new talent.
2-Empower the individual:
Each representative has to realize that the individual in question is valued as an individual. Nobody wants to feel like a faceless, interchangeable pawn in some larger game, so make sure all the individuals from your workforce are offered chances to communicate.
3 - Create a positive environment:
Since many working professionals spend the majority of their waking hours at the workplace, the work environment ought to be a place that comforts employees while encouraging profitability. An important advance toward creating a happy and gainful workspace is to encourage employees to share the information and information, which for a supportive leader usually means more tuning in than talking.

From the soccer field to the battlefield to the boardroom, nothing is better at keeping an individual engaged and responsive than having a place a team. Through teamwork, employees learn to confide in each other and to look past themselves. And healthy rivalry in a team setting, both in the workplace and after hours, can increase creativity as well as profitability.
5-Recognize and reward:
Recollect that the carrot, not the stick, is well on the way to get the best out of your workforce. My own startup Outro has a worked in rewards program for our customers to send gift vouchers to individuals when they give a referral or make a warm presentation.
6-Knock out boredom:
Boredom saps motivation and lessens efficiency. So as to maintain motivation at the workplace, keep things energetic and new. Avoid routine by allowing employees to investigate and be creative. Attempt to consider ways to rethink old tasks, and to make sure that the most redundant tasks don't always fall on the same individuals. Calendar brief breaks so employees can interact and check in with friends and family.
7. Eliminate dissatisfaction:
For many if not most employees, motivation is legitimately attached to work satisfaction. It almost abandons saying, then, that supportive leadership needs to do everything conceivable to eliminate such wellsprings of dissatisfaction as uncertainty about the future, meddlesome supervision and over the top paperwork.
