Natalie Wood was a very talented actress. She won three acedemy award nominations just before reaching the age of 25. She had started her acting career just from the age of 4. Her death was a complete mystery.

After her death various stories came up with so many twists. She died when she was with her husband. They were on a boat. Her body was found drowned in water and far away from the boat. There were some fighting marks on her body specially on her cheeks.

Initially in her autopsy report reason for her death was given as accidental drowning. It was given that she was drunk beyond the permissible limit. Sha had taken some drugs also which enhanced the effect of alcohol.

She was not able to handle herself and she fell down in water where she became dead due to drowning. After this story another story came up which claimed that she had an extra-marital affair. Her husband was very upset with this. A burning argument took place between them and which ultimately led to her death through various consequences.

According to my opinion her death was accidental. Autopsy report clearly said that there were traces of alcohol and drugs beyond the permissible limit in her blood. Her mind lost the control over body. She had an argument with her husband and she left her husband in anger. She and her husband were not with each other at the time of accident.

She fell down in water and could not swim because she was not in her senses. Her husband could not recognise that his wife was in danger. If her husband was a murderer he would have done this with great care. Her autopsy report and her husband's full cooperation in entire police investigation clearly shows that he was unaware of the incident.

Accidental drowning was the reason of her death. Later police also closed this case by saying that the cause of death was "drowning and other undetermined factors". It creates a sense of doubt. and her husband has an absolute right to enjoy "benefit of doubt". So, i personally think that she was victim of accidental drowning.
