PART 1-Prepare an RFP
You work for a large not-for-profit organization. The organization is about to celebrate its 20th anniversary. The board of directors has determined they would like to rebrand the organization and they would also like to develop a strategic plan for the next five years. You are tasked with preparing the request for proposals for either the rebranding or the strategic plan process. Please submit your RFP and a listing of businesses (with contact information) to send your RFP. Rebranding should include: new logo, new website, new stationery, new marketing materials and plan for rebranding Strategic Plan process should include: a series of sessions where board members, other volunteers, staff, and other invested members of the public discuss the mission, vision, purpose, and goals of the organization and then determine a plan to achieve those goals.
PART 2–Prepare a Progress Report
It is now six months to one year after your initial RFP was answered. Please prepare a short progress report to the board of directors indicating the status of the rebranding or strategic plan project. Please include both good and bad news in your report. Include charts or graphs, headings, sub-headings, and appropriate formatting. Spelling, grammar and professionalism will be graded along with your ability to use the key concepts from the course.
The RFP will be appealing good if it includes the success journey of this organization and should focus on the newest successive services which builds a good trust on costumers. The RFP includes below

Introduction: This is 20th anniversary of our company and it is time of celebration for consistence success of our organization. On this occasion, organization is planning to rebrand us and this proposal document is supporting the thoughts. This document is explaining and recommending the possible way of effective rebranding. Below are the advisable points in this regards,
· New vison and mission: This will be describing. This will be discussed on series of session with all l volunteers, staff, and other invested members.
· What are the goal of organization and what they wants to achieve in future.
· How they have grown up and what are the Growth plans for future.
· Explaining the organization strategies towards future success.
· Mission and planning for innovation and filing patents.
· How rebranding will be helpful the future.
· The future area of market, we are focusing.
· Behavioral change and role modeling. The top management should be role model for this change.
· Change in slogan: We are already having a good slogan appealing our success. But with the new time, we propose to make it more appealing and mirror our services to our concern business units (The internal team using our services).
· Change in Logo: The new logo is to be developed on our working philosophy. Since we are having business only in support (non-profit), the logo should be nearer to our parent company’s logo.
· Rebranding in phone caller tune: The automated message which will speak about our change. This message will be programmed in all direct an organization authorized cell phones.
· Workplace walls/ desks decorated with motivational quote: The motivational quote will be speaking about the new work culture of organization. The example of these quote are, “Team Work”, “Dare to fail”, “Costumer focus”, etc.
· Success stories in meeting/ conference room: This will be branding the organization in case of meeting with costumer. In small breaks, costumer will read these stories. This will also be motivational for team meetings.
· Success stories in lift/ costumer visiting area/ primary entrance of office: The same success stories can be displayed on lift/ costumer visiting area/ primary entrance of office.
· Sending mails for rebranding: Just a one or two line at the end of mail body. This will be effective to influence the costumer mind.
· Change in history available on website: In a few words, the history of new success will be branded on website along with change in logo and slogan.
