Commercial bank- Commercial banks provide loan to the companies so that they can grow, companies' growth is a reason of boom in capital market.

Security market- Secondary markets play a great role in US Capital markets. Many people invest and trade into security market, they buy and sell the securities online, its huge volume and turnover affect the capital market.

Large Corporations- Large corporations act as operating businesses that require capital to grow and run their operations. These corporation may vary in industry, size and geographical location. There are many publicly traded companies that have very high market capitalization. Publicly traded companies are:

  • Walmart
  • Toyota

Non banking financial institutions- NBFIs are the companies that provide finance to the companies, people and institutions so that their business can grow, when business grows, investment also grows and capital market booms.
