a) User requirement is a document used in software engineering that specifies what the user expects the software to be able to do.Formulating a URD requires notation the things that are technically feasible.they must also be economically feasible too.
examples of User reqirements are objective and testable.
User requirements are also called as User needs.
User needs will tell us what the user does with the system,such as what the activities that must be able to be done by the user.
User requirements are often documented in a User Requierements Document.
User requirements are the requirements that should include the goals and objectives which the system will allow the users to achieve.
The importance of Requirements has increased due to the growing popularity of software developmentb methods.
Manifesto says that one should choose "responding to changes over following a plan".It does not mean thst u need to always wait to respond to the changes.You need to be careful in your thoughts and should be concentrating only on yours.
"you may think it is easy , But it is not as easy as it looks" . This sentence tells you why the requirements are important.
According to layman , requiremement is directly what is needed to be implemented and what we expect to get.The requirements contain the behaviour ,attributes and properties of future system.it also includes attributes of future system.
Identification,Ansalysis,Verification and Management are the different processes that are involved with requirements.
User requirement should be the starting point of any project you are working on.Too many times people rush their requirements and as a result,the project suffers.
b) measure of consistency refers to consistency of measure.
There are three types of consistency.They are over time(test-retest reliability),across items(internal consistency) and across different researchers(interrater reliability).
Measure of reliability is the overall consistency of a measure.
Generally we say that anything that is highly reliable are more accurate and consistent from one testing time to another.Measure will be more reliable if it produces same kind of results under same conditions.
There are several types of reliability. They are:
->Inter-rater reliability
->Test-retest reliability
->Inter-method reliability
->International consistency
internal consistency reliability defines the consistency of a result in a test that delievers consistent scores when different items are measured.
Split-half reliability is the correlation between the two sets of scores.
Internal consistency reliabilty determines how much total scores would vary if almost similar items wee used.They need to know if the items have a large influence on test scores.
Like test-retest reliability,internal consistency can only be assessed by collecting and analyzing data.
