Opinion on the Financial Statements:

The consolidated Balance Sheets of Walmart Inc. was audited as of January 31, 2018 and 2017. The Consolidated Income Statements, Cash Flow Statements, Statement of Changes in Equity, Shareholder's Equity and related notes were presented fairly in all material respects. The results of the company's operations and cash flows were in conformity with the US GAAP.

The company's Internal Control over Financial Reporting were also in accordance with the PCAOB and thus an unqualified opinion was expressed.

Basis for Opinion:

The audit was conducted in accordance with the standards of the PCAOB. The accounting principles and significant estimates made by management was also audited along with the overall presentation of the financial statements. The audits, thus provided a reasonable basis for the opinion.
