Hunger : It is physiological and it occurs because of biological changes throughout the body which signals that you need to eat to maintain energy.

Appetite : It us simply the desire to eat. It can be a result of hunger but often has other issues such as emotional or environmental changes.

Part 3 :-Methods for measuring Body Fat :-

Weight : This is defined as the measure of your overall body mass.

BMI : This is done by taking a person"s weight in Kg and dividing it by their height squares.

Waist Circumference : This is the measurement of your weight to check if you are carrying too much fat around your belly.

Waist : Hip ratio - It is defined as the raio of waist circumference to the ratio of hip circumference.

Weight to height ratio : It is also called as the string challenge and is also one of the method of finding out how much fat a person has in his / her body.
