Impact of good marketing strategy on an organization's performance:
As we all know marketing is a very important aspect of any business. Marketing strategy includes the decisions regarding how the product would be designed, branded, named, labeled, packaged, priced, and the decision regarding the flow of product from producer to its customer, and how the producer will communicate and provide information to the customer about the product.
Now, since the sales of product and satisfaction of the customer are, to a very big extent, dependent upon the marketing strategies adopted by the organization, good marketing strategies surely have a positive impact on organizational performance. If the organisation is having good marketing strategies, the sales turnover of the organization will be great. If the marketing strategies are good the customer will also be satisfied, and the brand image of the organization would be improved. In the long term, the organization will earn better profits, and their financial conditions would be good. The good marketing strategy also includes proper marketing research before developing any product, which will give a sort of guarantee to the organization that the product will survive and the chances of it becoming popular will be more comparatively. The organization will also have marketing strategies as a competitive advantage. In the end, if the organisation is having good marketing strategies, it will perform better and prosper in the long term.
