The formal charge for each fliorine will be same i.e. zero.
The shape of ClF3 is T-shape in which the two bonds are longer than the other bond. This is in accordance with bent's rule which states that the most electronegative atom will tend to occupy that position where s-character will be poor. At axial positions the bonds are long and s-character is poor.
The bond order for all Cl-F bonds is one.
